Building Nest Boxes

The sides are made out of one by tens.
The rest of the pieces are made out of quarter inch plywood.
Holes are drilled in the bottom every two inches for drainage purposes. A solid bottom is unhealthy for the baby
rabbits because it makes for a wet nestbox. The diagram above shows how to cut the pieces. We use wood glue and
small nails.
You have put sides ,front, and back on first
and the top and bottom on last.
Note: this is for SMALL breeds like the Jersey wooly and Fuzzy Lop.
